Massage and Body Therapy
Personalised massage treatments to release tension and restore balance to body and mind. Choose an oil to suit your mood and needs-be it detoxing/cellulite care, glow or relaxation.
Swedish back massage - £25 (30 mins) Deep tissue massage of the whole back.
Swedish back neck and shoulder massage - £35 (45 mins)
Tension focused back massage - £45 (60 mins) Fact finding massage to locate any main areas of tension and manipulated to ease. Muscle tools will be used to further enhance the results of trapped tension and fascia release.
Tension focused leg and foot treatment - £40 (45min)
Glowing feet and nail treatment - £30 Nail care foot treatment including detoxifying clay and mineral soak, exfoliation, hard skin removal, hot stones, mask and massage

Nourishing Skincare Rituals
Natural skincare therapies enhanced by crystals and holistic ingredients for radiant skin. All of our facials include-cleanse, exfoliation, mask treatment, serum and moisturiser.
Prescriptive Facial - £40 (45mins) Skin care facial designed to address skin type and conditions to leave you equipped with the knowledge to manage any skin concerns.
Detox Facial - £50 (45 mins) A lymph node activation décolleté and scalp massage to detox the facial tissues and increase blood circulation. Detoxing clay mask will pull out impurities and cleanse the skins lymph.
Stress release facial and scalp treatment - £60 (1hr) A tension melting skincare facial with botanical oils used to de-stress the mind and massage for fascia release in the neck and scalp. Jade stone comb and scalp massager will pull the tension from the crown chakra.
Dermaplane facial - £60 (1hr) De-fuzz the velous hair from your skin to leave a flawless finish for makeup application and silky smooth skin. Hydrating mask included in this facial to re-store hydration and ease any inflammation.
Micro-needle facial - £80 (1hr) Uses tiny needles to gently penetrate the skin surface causing a trauma reaction encoyraging skin to renew and create new collagen elastic and stimulate nutrient absorption from the blood.
Full body exfoliation - £35 (45mins) Perfectly smooth and silky skin following full body exfoliation, steam and your chosen body oil
Detox body treatment - £80 (1hr) Full body brush and exfoliation to slough away dead skin cells and aid lymphatic drainage whilst stimulating circulatory system for essential oxygen and nutrient production. Includes steam to deep cleanse the pores whilst a Detox clay mask applied to back, stomach and cellulite areas to help draw out skin impurities and trapped toxins to leave skin glowing and silky smooth. Your chosen oil is used to finish the treatment and lock in hydration using ice globes
